In Detail

The ultrasonic device is designed and optimised for final micro cleaning of spinnerets after regular cleaning procedures with lye and/or acid. Spinneret plates are mounted on a spinneret plate holder to enable simultaneous cleaning of several spinneret plates. If spinneret plates are not available, the plate holders may also be designed for direct support of the spinneret eyes.

The system basically consists of following 3 parts:

1. Trough with cleaning bath liquid (soft water)
2. Ultrasonic generator and transducer
3. Electronic control unit

The plates must be inserted and removed by hand, but the cleaning process is fully automatic.
