In Detail

The spinneret plates with the spinneret eyes are collected and supported on spinneret plate holders.

Each of the spinneret plate holders is suitable for holding between four and eight spinneret plates.

The number of spinneret plates per plate holder depend on the individual diameters of the spinneret plates.

The automatic cleaning machine has to be fed manually with the assembled spinneret plate holders, which are cleaned simultaneously, completing all necessary stages in separate and sealed sections inside the machine.

The spinneret plate holders are released from the cleaning machine clean, dry and ready for use.
