FINE HOMOGENISERFor the fine homogenising of viscose with minimum power consumption. Features
In DetailThe viscose is shredded by the shearing force between the stator and rotor attrition disc, which leads to the shearing off of particles of several sizes. Shearing off of particles creates new surfaces, which enable further dissolving of the remaining particles without any additional requirement for any kind of dissolving energy. To minimise energy consumption, the homogeniser can operate with two different attrition disc gap positions, which ensure optimum shear force conditions for the number of particles in the viscose. The gap can be changed from wide gap position to narrow gap position either manually or using the control system. Based on trials and production experience with several systems, we have found that the new improved fine homogeniser by Lenzing Technik delivers unique fine dissolving performance. The energy consumption of dissolving tanks with high powered dissolving stirrers is significantly higher compared to the improved Lenzing Technik homogenising con-cept, which also gives more homogenous viscose. |
