In Detail

Preparation of dye, dull or modifier suspension takes place in a preparation tank with a special agitator system.

After a certain sedimentation time the suspension is sucked by vacuum into an intermediate storage tank in which the adjustment of the required concentration by means of diluting with soft water is done. The ready made solution is pressed via different filtration steps by pressure air into a level controlled dosing tank.

In relation to the viscose flow the pre-adjusted amount of dye, dull or modifier suspension is dosed into the viscose flow just before the spinning process by a piston pump.

Immediately after dosing a homogenizer takes care for a uniform homogenization of the viscose with the injected suspension so that best quality parameter in the endproduct can be achieved..
