In Detail

The spinnerets mounted on the spinneret plates are collected and jointly supported on a spinneret plate holder, which is necessary to convey the spinnerets through the fully automated cleaning sequences.

The cleaning sequences can be designed individually, but we recommend the following:

1. Water jet cleaning
2. Lye and water cleaning
3. Acid and water cleaning
4. Ultrasonic cleaning
5. Drying sequence

The spinnerets will be released from the auto-matic cleaning line clean and dry.
